Every Infinite Royal kitten leaves our home with a written health guarantee and a clean veterinary bill of health. This page explains exactly what that covers, what we ask of you in return, and how we work together if anything is ever wrong.
Before your kitten comes home
No kitten is placed with a family until it has been fully prepared for a healthy start. Before delivery, every kitten is:
- Examined by a licensed veterinarian and issued a written clean bill of health
- F3 vaccinated and treated against common internal and external parasites
- Microchipped, with registration details transferred to you
- Desexed where age-appropriate, or with a desexing arrangement documented in writing
- Litter-trained, socialised in our family home, and at least 12 weeks old
What the guarantee covers
We guarantee that your kitten is in good health at the time it leaves our care, free from any clinically detectable illness, and not suffering from a life-threatening congenital or hereditary condition.
- 48-hour wellbeing check. We strongly recommend you have your kitten examined by your own veterinarian within 48 hours of arrival. If that examination finds a pre-existing illness present before delivery, contact us immediately and we will work with you on a fair resolution.
- Congenital and hereditary conditions. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening congenital or hereditary condition, supported by written documentation, we will discuss a replacement kitten or another remedy agreed in writing.
What we ask of you
A health guarantee is a shared commitment. To keep it valid, we ask that you:
- Have your kitten examined by your own vet within 48 hours of arrival
- Keep vaccinations, parasite treatment and veterinary care up to date
- Feed appropriate, good-quality nutrition and provide a safe indoor environment
- Contact us promptly, with veterinary documentation, if a health concern arises
What is not covered
So expectations are clear, the guarantee does not extend to: illness or injury arising after the kitten is in your care (including infectious disease from other animals), conditions caused by accident, neglect, diet or environment, minor or cosmetic issues that do not affect quality of life, or any claim made without supporting veterinary documentation.
Lifetime support
Beyond the formal guarantee, we remain available for the life of your cat. Whether you have a question about diet, behaviour, grooming or settling your kitten in, you are always welcome to reach out — we genuinely want every one of our kittens to thrive.
